When requesting after-sales service or repairs, please bring and present the warranty card.
Also, if you purchased from our online store, please attach a picture of the warranty card to your inquiry form.
If you lose your thread, we will check the product's engraving or order history, but please note that we cannot provide a free thread replacement service.
However, we will only be able to assist customers who have registered for membership and made a purchase, regardless of whether they have a warranty or not, so we recommend that you register.

Pearl-only products (single strand, multi-strand)
If you are a registered member, this service is free of charge and has no expiration date.
For unregistered customers, we will provide free repairs within one year only if the product is defective upon initial purchase. After one year has passed, we will provide a quote and charge a fee.

Products containing materials other than pearls
We will provide you with a quote and charge a fee.

Cleaning when pearls or metal parts become dull
In-store, we will only accept pearl-only products and will carefully wipe them down with a special cloth.
For other items, we will take them in for inspection, provide a quote, and then accept them for a fee. Depending on the condition, we may not be able to accept them.

How to Increase or Decrease the Number of Pearls
We only accept orders for pearl only products.

If you are a registered member, we will provide this service free of charge with no expiration date. If you are not registered, we will provide you with a quote and charge you a fee.
In case of beading:
If you are a registered member, we will only charge you the cost of the beads. If you are not a registered member, we will provide you with a quote and charge you a fee.

Replacing the clasp
We will provide you with a quote and charge a fee.

If you are a registered member, you can receive this service free of charge once after purchase.
If you are not registered, we will provide you with a quote and charge a fee.
For resizing outside the specified size range, we will provide you with a quote and charge a fee.

Repairs for deformed rings
We will take the item in for inspection, provide an estimate, and then accept the service for a fee. Depending on the condition, we may not be able to do this.

Changing from earrings to pierced earrings and from pierced earrings to earrings
Depending on the design, this may or may not be possible.
If possible, we will take your items in and provide you with an estimate, and then we will handle them for a fee.

Requests in case of loss
If you lose one of the earrings or any other accessories such as the catch, please contact us. We will check whether it is acceptable or not.

 

Regarding repair requests and inquiries

Please bring it to the store or contact us by email using the inquiry form.
We will reply to you with information regarding delivery, so please check it before shipping.
For safety reasons, we ask that you send your parcel using a courier service that can be tracked.
Please note that the cost of round-trip shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
