The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Customer submits an application for the contract and the Company sends an email indicating its acceptance. If false information is provided during registration, the Company may cancel the registration.

 

Article 3: Products

The specifications and prices of products listed on our official website are subject to change without notice. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of product images displayed on our official website, please note that colors, sizes, and other details may differ from the actual products due to screen settings and photographic techniques. All product prices displayed on our official website include consumption tax.

 

Article 4: Formation of the Sales Contract

Customers shall purchase products on our official website by following the ordering procedures specified by us. A sales contract for the product shall be deemed to have been formed between the customer and us at the time we send an email notification to the email address specified by the customer, indicating our acceptance of the purchase request. We shall not be held liable for any misunderstanding of the order details, delays in receiving products, or other disadvantages resulting from undelivered, delayed, or misdelivered emails due to the customer's email environment.

 

Article 5: Payment Methods

Payment for products shall be made by credit card. Accepted credit cards include JCB, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners. You may choose to pay in a lump sum, in installments, via revolving credit, or with a bonus payment; however, some card issuers may impose restrictions on the number of payments allowed. Please contact your card issuer for details. You must use a card issued in the applicant's own name. In the event of any disputes regarding payment between the user and the credit card company, such matters shall be resolved between the parties involved, and we shall not be held liable in any way.

 

Article 6: Delivery Timing

Standard products are typically shipped within 3 to 6 business days from the date of your order. However, if the product requires engraving or similar customization, it may take approximately three weeks. Additionally, depending on the product type, custom production may be required, which could take longer. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on inventory status. During extended holiday periods, such as the year-end and New Year holidays or Golden Week, delivery may take longer than usual. Furthermore, we assume no liability whatsoever for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, abnormal weather conditions, issues attributable to the shipping carrier, traffic restrictions, or other reasons beyond our control. Products will be delivered via Sagawa Express.

 

Article 7: Returns

Please note that we cannot accept returns for reasons attributable to the customer. If a product is found to be defective, such as being soiled or damaged, we will accept returns or exchanges only if the item is in new or unused condition. Within 7 days of receiving the product, the person who placed the order must contact us via the "Inquiry Form," attaching the warranty certificate and clearly stating the details of the issue. After that, please return the product via the method specified by us, with shipping costs payable upon delivery. Refunds will be processed after we have confirmed receipt of the returned item.

 

Article 8: Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

The copyright and trademark rights to all content published on our official website, including images, videos, text, and logos, belong to us or to third parties as intellectual property rights such as copyright. In addition, if fraudulent orders, impersonation, purchases for the purpose of resale, or similar conduct is confirmed, we may invalidate the order in question and refuse the customer's use of this website.
