Necklaces and bracelets with only pearls 3.5mm or larger can be re-stranded free of charge, with no expiration date. We are not limited to single strands, and we can also re-strand multiple strands free of charge. Necklaces and bracelets containing materials other than pearls will incur a fee, but there are some exceptional designs for which we can re-strand them free of charge. Please inquire in-store for details. Please note that if you change the thread specifications, such as from all-nut to plain, this will be considered an adaptation and will incur a fee.

Depending on how often you use it, we recommend regular maintenance every 2 to 3 years.

There is a fee for this. In the case of broken threads, even if there is no need to realign the threads, we will provide a quote and charge a fee. Please note that broken threads are not part of regular maintenance and are an exception to the rule, requiring a new thread.

Bead removal is available as follows:
Within one year of purchase: Necklaces and bracelets containing only pearls of 3.5mm or larger will be returned free of charge, both single and multiple strands.
After one year from purchase: A quote will be provided and a fee will be charged.

We accept the following requests for beading:
Within one year of purchase: For necklaces and bracelets containing only pearls 3.5mm or larger, both single-strand and multi-strand, up to 10cm, there is no processing fee and you will only be charged for the pearls.
After one year from purchase: A quote will be provided and a fee will be charged.

Within the specified resizing range: If it is within one year of purchase, we will resize it once free of charge in addition to the resizing at the time of purchase. At that time, we will also repolish and recreate the engraving free of charge. After one year has passed since purchase, we will resize for 9,020 yen (tax included) for bridal rings and 11,440 yen (tax included) for non-bridal rings.
Outside the standard resizing range: A fee of 2,200 yen (tax included) will be charged per size. If it is within one year of purchase, only the excess size will be charged, but after one year, the excess size will be added to the above amount.

The engraving can be reproduced within the cost of resizing.

Depending on the condition of the ring, it may or may not be possible. We will take it in for inspection and provide a quote.

We primarily offer engraving on bridal rings, but birthstone charms are also available. For engraving options, please contact your local Orv store or Orv customer service.

Engraving is available as follows:
Within one year of purchase, this is free of charge only once, either at the time of purchase or after delivery.
*Engraving of birthstone charms will incur an additional fee from the time of purchase.

We offer cleaning services as follows:
Free within one year of purchase. After one year, it will cost 2,200 yen (tax included).
Depending on the condition of the dirt, we may use methods other than ultrasonic cleaning, such as degreasing and discoloration removal.

We offer refinishing services as follows:
Free within one year of purchase. After one year, it will cost 6,160 yen (tax included).
Polishing the ring will scrape the metal surface, which can ruin the silhouette and reduce its strength. We recommend polishing the ring a maximum of two times, including resizing. Deep scratches cannot be completely removed, which will affect the ring's silhouette and strength.

Because pearls are organic, it is important to take good care of them daily. After use, wipe off any dirt or moisture with a jewelry cloth or a soft, dry cloth. It is important to carefully care for the entire surface of the pearl, ensuring that no areas are left unwiped. Pearls are sensitive to water and acid, and leaving them with moisture or sweat on them can cause deterioration and discoloration. Also, please be aware that contact with cosmetics and chemicals can cause pearls to lose their luster and deteriorate. We recommend removing your pearls when doing housework or bathing, and putting them back on after applying makeup.

Avoid storing jewelry with volatile chemicals such as perfumes and insect repellents, as these may damage the luster. Avoid storing jewelry in direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or in places that are excessively humid or dry. Store jewelry in a light-blocking case. Because jewelry is made of delicate materials, store it in a case separate from other jewelry to prevent breakage or damage from friction or impact.

Diamonds are highly compatible with oils, so if they come into contact with oils from your skin or hand cream, their shine may dull. After use, wipe with a jewelry cloth or soft cloth before storing. If you are concerned about dirt, wash with a soft brush in lukewarm water mixed with a mild detergent, rinse, and then dry. Please note that although diamonds are hard, they may break if subjected to impact from certain directions.

Diamonds are hard gemstones, so please be careful when storing them as they may scratch other jewelry if they come into contact with it.
