You can make purchases on the Orv online store without registering for a membership.
However, you will not be able to access free re-stringing services or view your purchase history on your "My Page" if you do not register.
We highly recommend registering for a membership. Please proceed to the membership registration screen via "Login / Membership Registration."

At Orv, some products can be customized in terms of size and engraving according to customer preferences, and other products are made to order, with production starting only after an order has been placed.
For custom orders, production and arrangements will begin after the order is confirmed.
Please note that we cannot accept changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges after an order has been confirmed.

For products with specified sizes, please double-check the size carefully before placing your order.
Also, please ensure that the engraving details are correct before confirming your order.

Delivery
Delivery may take approximately two to three weeks longer than usual.
Furthermore, depending on the specifics of the order, it may take even longer, or the delivery date may shift.
Regarding delivery, our customer support will contact you.

Payment
For custom orders, payment is finalized at the time of order placement.

Important Notes
If ordered simultaneously with regular items, products may be shipped separately.
Due to production circumstances, we may, at times, unavoidably cancel an order. In such cases, we will contact you promptly.

Revolving and installment payments are also available, but the number of installments varies depending on your card company. For details, please check with your card company.

We offer free shipping nationwide. Delivery is limited to Japan only.

Normally, products will be shipped within 3 to 6 business days from the order date.
For products without a specified delivery date, we will ship them as soon as they are ready.
If engraving or other processing is required, it may take approximately two to three weeks.
Please select your desired delivery date and time on the specification page in the detailed items within your cart. Delivery time slots can be specified for all products.
The shipping carrier will be "Sagawa Express."

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, or during summer vacation.
During busy seasons, delivery may be delayed due to shipping conditions or traffic circumstances, so please be aware of this in advance.

We do not accept returns or cancellations for products purchased from the Orv online store due to customer convenience.
In the unlikely event that a purchased product has a defect such as dirt or damage, we will promptly accept a return or exchange.
Please contact us by email using the inquiry form within 7 days of product arrival.
For returns or exchanges due to defects such as dirt or damage, please send the item back by "cash on delivery."
In such cases, for safety reasons, we ask that you send the item using a trackable delivery service, such as a courier.

Please note that depending on the condition of the returned product, we may not be able to meet your request.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
