Membership Terms
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") define the conditions for using the membership service (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") provided by the official Orv online store (hereinafter referred to as "our official website"), operated by J-Plus International Co., Ltd. 2. If it is recognized that the applicant has previously violated these Terms or other Company terms.
3. If the applicant attempts to register for membership for fraudulent purposes.
4. If the applicant falls under or is related to anti-social forces, etc.
In other cases where the Company deems the applicant unsuitable as a Member, the Company may refuse entry to this Service without disclosing the reason.
Article 4 Change of Registered Information
If there is any change to the information declared to the Company by the Member (name, address, telephone number, email address, and other registered information reported to the Company), the Member shall promptly change the registered content using the method prescribed by the Company. If the email address is changed, the ID of this site will also be changed to the new email address. The Company shall not be liable for any damage incurred by the Member due to neglecting to make the change in the preceding paragraph.
Article 5 Management of ID and Password
Your email address will be used as your Member ID. If your email address is changed, the ID for this site will also be changed to the new email address. Any actions performed using the Member ID and password shall be considered as actions by the Member themselves. Customers shall strictly manage and use their login ID and password under their own responsibility, and the Company shall not be liable for any damage incurred as a result of their use.
Article 6 Withdrawal from Membership
Members may withdraw from membership at any time. Members wishing to withdraw shall follow the procedures specified on this site, and the withdrawal process shall be completed after the Company's specified procedures are finished. The Member's membership status shall cease at the time the Company sends a notification email confirming the withdrawal to the email address registered at the time of withdrawal.
Article 7 Suspension and Cancellation of Membership Qualification

5. Repeated returns or cancellations.
6. Determination that the Member falls under or is related to anti-social forces.
7. A minor registering as a member without parental consent.
8. Other cases where the Company deems the Member unsuitable.
Even if the Member suffers damage as a result, the Company shall not be liable for any such damage.
Article 8 Prohibited Acts
Members shall not engage in the following acts when using this Service:
1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
2. Acts of registering or providing false information.
3. Acts corresponding to default in transactions such as sales contracts.
4. Acts of using this Service through impersonation, unauthorized access, or other fraudulent means.
5. Acts that interfere with the operation of this Service, or acts that may cause such interference.
6. Acts that infringe upon the rights, interests, honor, etc., of the Company or a third party.
7. Purchase of products for resale purposes, or other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.
8. Acts corresponding to inappropriate contact with customer service that is not related to sales or inquiries.
9. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.
If a Member commits a violation corresponding to a prohibited act and causes damage to the Company or a third party, that Member shall be liable for compensating such damage.
Article 9 Handling of Member Information
The Company shall handle personal information obtained from customers appropriately in accordance with laws and regulations, and in accordance with the separately stipulated "Privacy Policy." The Company shall use the customer's personal information within the scope of purposes related to product sales, shipping, payment settlement, after-sales service, inquiry support, and purposes incidental thereto, and shall not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law.
Article 10 Damages and Disclaimers, etc.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content of this Service or the information that Members obtain through this Service. The Company shall not be liable for any damage incurred by Members due to the use or inability to use this Service, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of the Company.
Article 11 Changes to Membership Terms
The Company may, if deemed necessary, change the content of these Terms without prior notice to Members. If these Terms are changed, the Company will announce and notify Members of the effective date and content of the revised Terms on this website and through other appropriate methods.
Article 12 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. For any disputes arising between the Company and customers (including Members and Guests) regarding these Terms or the terms related to our official website, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
