Care and storage
Please refer to the following care and handling instructions to ensure your Orv jewelry remains beautiful and can be enjoyed for many years to come.
Care
Pearls
After each use, gently wipe the entire surface of the pearl with the included jewelry cloth or a soft cloth to remove sweat, sebum, dirt, and moisture. Since pearls are organic, exposure to chemicals such as perfume, hairspray, cosmetics, detergents, acids, or alkaline substances can lead to discoloration or fading. Please be careful as this may dull their luster and beauty. Also, pearl necklaces may loosen or weaken over time, so we recommend periodic inspection. If you notice the thread showing between the pearls, it's an indication that they need to be restrung. Please feel free to contact us.
Metal (Gold)
After each use, gently wipe off any sweat, sebum, dirt, or moisture with the included jewelry cloth or a soft cloth. Please be careful as exposure to chemicals such as perfume, hairspray, cosmetics, detergents, acids, or alkaline substances can lead to discoloration or degradation of the metal surface's luster. Avoiding strong impacts and friction can prevent deformation and scratches.
Gemstones
To maintain their original brilliance, after each use, gently wipe off any sweat, sebum, dirt, or moisture with the included jewelry cloth or a soft cloth. Please be aware that impact damage or contact with other jewelry can cause scratches to both items.
Included Jewelry Cloth
After wearing your jewelry, gently wipe off any sweat, sebum, dirt, or moisture with the included cloth or a soft cloth. Please be careful, as using a dirty cloth with dust or debris on it may scratch the pearls or metal. If the included cloth gets dirty, it can be washed and reused.
Please note the following when wearing jewelry:
- Direct contact between the metal parts and skin may cause itching or rashes. If you experience any skin abnormalities, please discontinue use and consult a specialist.
- Avoid wearing jewelry in high-temperature environments such as saunas or extremely cold places like winter recreational facilities, as this may cause burns or frostbite.
- Be careful to avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, hairspray, cosmetics, detergents, acids, or alkaline substances, as they can cause discoloration or fading.
- Wearing jewelry while sleeping, during intense sports, heavy labor, or while caring for children may lead to unexpected accidents. Please avoid wearing it as there is a risk of injury or damage.
- Jewelry is not intended for daily wear by children. If worn, please be extremely careful to prevent injuries or accidental ingestion.
